Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST) is making it easier than ever for international students to apply. The Office of International Affairs has recently upgraded the online application system, adding a multilingual interface and step-by-step instructional videos to create a more user-friendly experience and boost global recruitment effort.

The new application system now supports Chinese, English, Vietnamese, and Indonesian, along with clear and easy-to-follow video tutorials to guide students from different language backgrounds through the application process. This upgrade not only streamlines the steps but also reflects STUST’s commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for international students.

The demand for digitalized and convenient application processes has grown significantly in recent years. In response, the university adopted user-oriented design thinking to optimize the system, making the process more intuitive and efficient—ultimately boosting both application numbers and enrollment rates.
