Promote multinational cultural exchange activities, offer full English-taught courses, create a diverse multicultural campus, and build a bilingual campus.

Strategy 2: Strengthen International Collaborations

Foster international scholar-expert exchanges and cross-border industry-university academia, promote policy-based international academic exchange activities, pursue participation in the international education accreditation systems, and participate in international education organizations and activities.

Strategy 3: Enhance Students' International Mobility

Improve students' foreign language proficiency, implement student guidance for studying abroad, expand diverse study abroad opportunities for students, and establish a comprehensive system and incentives for studying abroad.

Strategy 4:  Attract Global Talent

Establish mechanisms to attract outstanding international students, optimize tutor support and services for overseas students, establish channels for interaction between overseas students and local students, and create an exchange platform between overseas students and Taiwan-funded enterprises.
