Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST) is taking bold steps toward becoming a leader in AI education by integrating artificial intelligence into teaching, student services, and campus operations. The university aims to build a smart campus while nurturing talents with strong practical skills and global competitiveness.

STUST has launched innovative cross-disciplinary programs such as AI + Engineering, AI + Design, and AI + Business Management, bringing learning closer to industry needs. Faculty members are also using AI tools to design interactive teaching materials, making learning more engaging and efficient.

Beyond the campus, STUST has established the AI Maker Platform and Computing Power Sharing Alliance, inviting universities and high schools nationwide to collaborate on AI resource development and computing power sharing. The university is also partnering with industry leaders, including the Institute for Information Industry, to promote innovative AI applications and real-world practices.

"AI has already transformed the world," said STUST President Dr. Huang Neng-Fu. "Through innovative teaching and cross-sector collaboration, we want to help students embrace future opportunities and position STUST as a driving force in AI education."

With these efforts, STUST is moving toward its vision of becoming Asia's leading AI university.
