This year, TYRA brings together over 300 mentors from around the globe, covering a wide range of countries, academic disciplines, and career paths. With their first-hand experience, mentors will not only help you craft persuasive and personalized application documents but also share insider tips on the application process in specific countries and fields.

About the Program
Entirely online matching and mentoring. Mentees will rank their preferred mentors from a provided list.
Matching is based primarily on target countries and research fields for optimal alignment.
Mentors participate on a volunteer basis – please value and make the most of this opportunity.
Mentees must sign a Code of Conduct to ensure mutual respect, trust, and two-way communication.
【Application Timeline】
Mentee applications are open now and will close at 11:59 PM (Taiwan Time), June 23 (Mon).
Matching will be based on mentor availability, mentee preferences, academic background, and preliminary CV. Initial matching results will be announced via email.
