為展現在臺境外學生之真實留學生活經驗，呈現臺灣多元人文風貌與友善環境，提升臺灣作為國際留學目的地之國際能見度，特辦理本短片創作競賽活動。

全國大專院校在學之境外學生（大學生組）。

決賽暨頒獎典禮： 2026年5月16日（星期六）。

1. Objective
To showcase the authentic study abroad experiences of international students in Taiwan, highlight Taiwan's diverse cultural landscape and friendly environment, and increase Taiwan's visibility as a premier international study destination.

2. Eligibility
International students currently enrolled in universities and colleges across Taiwan (Undergraduate category).

3. Important Dates

Finals & Awards Ceremony: Saturday, May 16, 2026.
