二、斯洛伐克國家獎學金係於2005年由該國政府設置，每年4月及10月開放申請，本次獎學金申請資訊摘要如次：
(一)申請期限：即日起至113年10月31日中歐時間(CET)下午4點(我國時間同日晚間11點)止。
(二)申請資格：包括我國在內之國際學生(碩士以上)、大學教師、研究人員及藝術家等均可提出申請。
(三)所需文件、申請方式及待遇等：請進入該獎學金專屬網站（https://www.scholarships.sk/）參閱相關規定，並於期限內填送所有必備文件及資料。
(四)其他：申請者須自行聯繫擬就讀之斯洛伐克大學校院，申辦入學許可。

Explanation:
The Slovak National Scholarship was established by the Slovak government in 2005 and is open for applications every April and October. The summary of the scholarship information for this round is as follows:
