**After-Sales Service**
(1) Assist with machine acceptance, teach and assist customers in using the products, troubleshoot issues, and exchange feedback.
(2) Perform routine after-sales services (e.g., customer visits, understanding product conditions, and handling customer complaints).
(3) Provide technical training to agents and customers.
(4) Provide technical training to sales personnel.
(5) Conduct routine service operations.
**Customer Service Handling**
(1) Respond to customer complaints and perform initial assessments.
(2) Track the progress of customer complaints, maintain good relationships with customers, and assist in closing sales orders.
(3) Record and improve customer complaint cases.

8. Compensation Includes health, labor, and accident insurance; Salary: $32,000 and above.
