一、花蓮縣為培育國際事務青年人才，使其具備國際視野及國際事務能力，每年補助5位花蓮縣學子出國學習語言與文化，豐富國際學習經驗，增進國際事務理解。
二、計畫報名資格：
(一)截至114年4月30日止設籍花蓮縣滿十年以上之高中至大專院校二年級學生（不包含在職生）。
(二)最近一學期在校成績平均成績需達80分以上。
(三)曾獲錄取並參加過本計畫（含德國遊學）及教育希望工程公費留學之學生，請勿再度報名。
三、報名截止時間：即日起至114年5月1日（星期四）止（以郵戳為憑），未於書面審查前寄達者視同未完成報名，恕不接受郵政代辦所之郵件。
To help young students build global perspectives and develop international affairs skills, Hualien County Government sponsors 5 local students each year to study abroad. The program focuses on language and cultural learning to enhance international experience and understanding.
Eligibility:
1. High school to second-year college students (excluding employed students) who have been registered residents of Hualien County for at least 10 years as of April 30, 2025.
2. Applicants must have achieved an average academic score of 80 or above in the most recent semester.
3. Students who have already been accepted into and participated in this program (including the Germany Study Tour) or the Educational Hope Project Government-Funded Study Abroad Program are not eligible to apply again.
Application Deadline:
Applications are accepted from now until May 1, 2025 (Thursday) (as evidenced by postmark). Applications not received before the document review process begins will be considered incomplete. Postal agency mail services will not be accepted.
