2. Assist in negotiations with regard to intercollegiate agreements, student exchange agreements, dual-degree program agreements, and other official documents.
3. Take responsibility for contacting and receiving international visitors.
4. Take responsibility for the recruitment and admission of international students.
5. Provide students with consulting services for short-term overseas study.
6. Assist in compiling and applying for the MOST projects.
7. Assist in processing the international correspondence and documents from the President Office.
8. Manage the update and compiling for the agreements of the sister universities.
9. Assist in receiving and deliver the online official documents.

Implement the “Taiwan Hostfamily Program " by the Ministry of Education

1. Maintain, update the Taiwan Hostfamily Program Chinese and English website.
2. Maintain, update the Taiwan Hostfamily Program internet group (Ex: Youtube, Facebook).
3. Creating a model curriculum for foreign students to experience Taiwanese culture.
